Resort Security dispatches an Installation Manager to each site to manage the on-site local licensed installers. Partnering with a local installer helps insure that qualified personnel will be available as
needed to help with any future maintenance and installation issues.
REMOTE VIDEO MONITORING
Resort Security completes the monitoring task by actively monitoring customer sites 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for 365 days a year! Customers can choose the hours they want monitored. Monitoring is performed by live Security Diplomats working at our Monitoring Center.
TAKING ACTION
Resort Security Diplomat Monitoring Center receives Alerts when any unwanted intrusions occur. These Alerts trigger action by Resort Security
Diplomats to tell non-threatening persons they are being monitored, or to notify customer and/or law enforcement, as appropriate. Emails with pictures of each operational shift’s activities are automatically sent to customer management daily.
